2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

2.2 Non-Refundable Fees
Payment processing fees and any fees related to currency conversion are non-refundable, even if a refund is requested before the course begins.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership of Materials
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, scripts, exercises, and documentation, are the intellectual property of "48 frames" or licensed third parties. These materials are provided solely for your educational use, and any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of these materials is prohibited.
3.2 Limited License
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a non-transferable, limited, revocable license to access the course content. This license is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial or other non-educational purposes.

4. Course Participation

4.1 Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for completing their assigned tasks and submitting their work on time. Failure to meet deadlines may result in restricted access to future course materials, as outlined in the course structure. Students are also expected to maintain a professional attitude and engage constructively with both the instructor and peers.
4.2 Deadlines and Discipline
Courses are structured with weekly deadlines. Students must complete one shot per week and submit their work for evaluation. Failure to meet deadlines could result in restricted access to further materials, and no additional time will be granted beyond the course duration.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Guarantee of Success
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, job placements, or skills mastery as a result of completing our courses. Your success will depend on your personal commitment, effort, and prior experience.
5.2 Course Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course at any time, for any reason, without liability to enrolled students. In the event of course cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative or provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of the course.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

We do not collect personal data directly. All personal information collected during course enrollment and participation is handled by the Getcourse platform, as well as payment providers Stripe and PayPal. We use HTTPS to protect your interactions with our website. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of data during transmission or while it is stored by third-party providers such as Getcourse, Stripe, and PayPal.
