Pefund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing the effort that goes into preparing each course. Please review the following terms regarding refunds:
1.Refunds Before the Course Begins
You are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment processing fees and currency conversion fees) if you cancel your enrollment at least one day before the course begins. Refunds will not be issued if a request is made less than 24 hours before the course starts.
2.Refunds After the Course Has Started
Once the course has begun and access to the materials has been granted, no refunds will be provided. This policy is in place because some course materials and resources are immediately available upon course commencement.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that payment processing fees (from Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and any fees associated with currency conversion are non-refundable. These fees are deducted from the total amount returned if a refund request is made before the course starts.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please email us at asavinsky48@gmail.com. Include your full name, course details, and the reason for your refund request. Refund requests must be submitted before the course begins, as per the policy outlined above. We will process your request within 7 business days of receiving your email.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once access to the first class has been provided, even if the student has not yet engaged with the material.
